Bounty Bowl Tonight

We kick it off at the rendezvous at 6:15 p.m. Insanely great beer special this week. Flying Fish Grand Cru for $3. An excellent beer for a mindblowing price. On to the Black Sheep at 8 p.m., where we’ve been blowing it out the last few weeks. Get there early if you want a table. Oh, and a $20 Bounty on Duane’s World, and I’ll have Quizzo Bowl tickets on me for sale.

Quizzo Bowl Tickets Now on Sale

Yes, Philadelphia, Quizzo Bowl tickets for the premiere quizzo event in the world are now on sale. I will have them on me at quizzo for the next couple of weeks. If you have been to a Quizzo Bowl before, then you know what I am talking about. 300 people competing for eternal glory, as well as a ton of prizes. Fastball Bob, Chip Chantry, Glam rock, pageantry, intensity, and best of all a hell of a lot of fun. If you can’t make it out to quizzo, don’t fear, you can also purchase them online here. You do not want to miss this.

Secret Pants Added to Quizzo Bowl Lineup

For the past few years, Fastball Bob has graced us with his presence at Quizzo Bowl. Well, this year, he’s bringing the whole gang along. Renowned local sketch group Secret Pants, the group Fastball Bob is a member of, is going to be performing one of this year’s rounds…and yes, Fastball Bob will have a starring role. It’s going to be our first ever acted out round in Quizzo Bowl history. Tickets are now on sale to Quizzo Bowl IX, which will be held February 23rd at World Cafe Live and feature between-round performances from hair metal legends Welcome to My Face.

Fiesta Time at O’Neals

Well, we’ve been jamming lately at quizzo. But once place we’ve been quiet the past few weeks has been O’Neals. So we’re gonna go back to the old school on this one to get the party back under way there. Instead of just $3.50 Mexican beers, we’re doing a full on Mexican night on Tuesdays, just like we did when we started so many years ago. $5 quesadillas, nachos, and burritos. $3.50 shots of house tequila, and $5 shots of Cuervo tequila. And still $3.50 Mexican beers and margaritas. Plus we’re gonna have tons of giveaways. Action starts at 8 p.m.
