Hey kids, I was interviewed by Nicole Brewer of CBS3 today. They just put me on Skype and started asking questions. I don’t know if it was the shirt or the angle of the camera, but I look like I weigh about 350 pounds. It’s the camera angle, right, gang? RIGHT?
Highlights of the Site

Been a lot going on lately. Here are a few things to check out if it’s your first time here in a while.
- Me and Ginger’s adventure to the Laurel Hill Cemetery.
- Vote in the very closely contested “Things you hate” poll.
- The Fish/Not a Fish Round seen on the Samantha Brown Show.
- The infamous WNBA Player or Porn Star Round.
We’ve also started taking a daily quiz where you see how you stack up against me. Check these out and let me know how you do in the comments section.
For those of you that are here for the first time, a few things you should know about me:
Chip Chantry One Man Show On Monday!
![]()
Hey kids, we’ve got a very special Chip Chantry One Man Show at the Khyber on Monday (8 p.m.), with some great local comedians. Aaron Hertzog, John Kensil, and Eric Todd will be performing, as will 1920 Comic, who will be travelling back through time to entertain you! Finally, we know we keep promising (and we keep letting you down) but this month I swear there will be a return of the Wheel of Terrific. If you have not seen this show yet, I highly recommend it. It is a blast.
Disaster in the Candy Round
![]()
I scored a measly 12 out of 20 today in the candy quiz. Let’s see how you do. Post your results in the comments below.
Everything You Need to Know about Everything

Alright kids, I’m heading down to the ballpark, but I wouldn’t leave you without a few great sites to visit this afternoon.
- First of all, if you have never seen Awkward Family Photos, you’re welcome. Funniest site I’ve seen in a while Thanks to Matt for letting me know about this one.
- Second, if you’re a baseball geek, I came up with a really tough baseball quiz. See how ya do.
- If you haven’t been to the website of notorious Philly legend Arthur Kade, please do yourself a favor. It is a brilliant site, as I still can’t tell if this is a put-on or not. I just can’t imagine a guy like this could walk around Philly and not get the living s*** kicked out of him every day if this was for real.
- Here’s my latest in the Metro about strange upcoming festivals. For more info on these festivals, see below:
Quiz of the Day
![]()
This one is about The Longest things. And I’ll just tell you right now that apparently a new river has taken the crown away from what was America’s longest river when I was in school. Who knew that a river could grow in 20 years? That one got me really frustrated, but I eventually got it. I ended up with 20 out of 26. Let me know how you do on this quiz in the comments. (That’s the world’s longest hot dog above. It’s over 60 meters long, which I think is like 200 feet. But I’m not sure. Anyhow, there are no questions about the longest hot dog on the quiz.)
Which of these do you hate the most?
Just curious.
Quizzo Tonight
Quiz on Your Face have quickly become the first true rivals the Jams have had at the Vous in a while, and 1022 has added some muscle, so things are no longer a cakewalk for the Jam Masters. Will be interesting to see how things play out tonight at 6:15 p.m. I will warn you: this is the toughest quiz we’ve had in a few weeks. I don’t think anyone’s had a perfect round one yet. But I think it’s a good quiz. On to Black Sheep, where Duane’s World is unquestionably the team to beat. Can they be knocked off tonight? Kick off is at 8 p.m.
