Hey gang, a special schedule tonight, with the first quiz at Industry cancelled for tonight, as Industry is holding a Beer Week event. So I wanna check out the Birra quiz. I’ll host there at 8 and Carl is gonna host at Bards at 9:15. Excited to check out the scene. If you normally play at Industry come on over to Birra and join me there. See ya tonight!

Ok, we start with our normal schedule on Wednesday night, with me hosting at the Vous and Founding Fathers.

But Thursday night, things get interesting. There is no quiz at Industry due to Beer Week. Therefore, for the first time ever, I will be hosting at Birra. Excited to check out the space and hope you’ll join me. Action starts at 8. Carl will therefore be hosting at Bards.

We kick it off at Sidecar tonight at 8 p.m. We’ll also throw down at O’Neals at 8 p.m. Also, in case you missed it, we’ve changed Carl’s nickname from Carl B Sure to Boots, which he informed me used to be his nickname. Boots B. Sure it is!

Late night party at City Tap House. The kids are gone for the summer, so things will quiet down a bit. When the weather gets nicer, we’ll start doing it outdoors. But it looks a bit chilly, so we’ll be inside tonight. Not a lot of teams after the kids graduate. We’ll have Narragansett specials and 2 for $20 pizza, and a terrific opportunity to win the $100 first prize. Hope to see ya tonight!

Hey folks, here’s what you need to know about the event today:

TIME: 5:30 p.m.

PLACE: City Tap House, 39th and Walnut. We’ll be seated outdoors. We do have an overflow crowd (we had a lot of wild card teams get in this week!), so we may be packed in kinda tight, and might have a team or two down at picnic tables. There’s more room inside but it’s gonna be an awesome day so I want to be sure we’re outdoors if at all possible.

ENTRY FEE: $10 per person.
