Friday Five: Suburbs Edition

Every Friday, I share local places I’ve eaten, great things I’ve read, the best watering holes I’ve visited and great local music I’ve been listening to. And this week there were even bonus boxes! Sign up for the JGT mailing list so you don’t miss anything. In the meantime, here are a couple of this week’s suburban picks.

Where I’m Shopping

Lulu Boutique in Phoenixville is definitely one of the most impressive vintage clothing stores I’ve been to in the area. Just tremendous curation, great customer service, and got myself one HELL of a sportscoat for when we return to live action. Click here to go to their Insta.

What I’m Reading

Discovered Mod Betty over the weekend. She does an absolutely incredible job of chronicling old businesses, old signs, and cool old places that you might otherwise never know about. She does one for the city too, but I know most of the throwback places here. This book makes me actually excited to visit the suburbs. Click to her IG.

Remember to sign up to read the entire Friday Five.
