Gonna have a lot of fun at the POPE tonight. If you like Hunter S. Thompson, beer, and/or dogs, this is going to be the quiz for you. Flying Dog Brewery is going to be host for tonight’s quizzo, and as you may be aware, Ralph Steadman does their artwork. The same Ralph Steadman who did the artwork for Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Curse of Lono, and numerous other Thompson works. What a great chance for me to host a quiz in honor of one of my favorite writers of all time. But don’t worry, you can do well w/o reading Hell’s Angels. There will also be questions on dogs (In honor of Flying Dog) and Beer (in honor of, well, beer). Gonna be a fun quiz. Furthermore, there will be a Firkin of Flying Dog and the winners will walk with a $40 gift certificate to the POPE. Hope to see ya tonight!
