  1. It seems, at the time of this post, Bob must have thirteen different computers. No other way to explain the Reagan vote.

  2. Actually, JohnniE, Since Calvin Coolidge wasn't one of the choices, I didn't bother to vote. As for the thirteen votes for Reagan, all I can say is that maybe your dumbfuck political views aren't quite as popular as you think they are.

  3. Bob,
Obviously math wasn't your best subject. Less than twenty percent of the vote for your hero hardly represents a popular view contary to mine. I'll explain percentage to you when I have more time.

  4. JohnniE, my lad, Ronald Reagan isn't really what you'd call my hero. Don't presume to tell me what I think and make pronouncement about my thoughts and opinions. Although you seem really intent on having an argument with me, I don't think I'll play your game. I frankly don't consider you worth the time and effort. Anybody who accuses me of being an apologist for and proponent of slavery based on a humorous reference to a movie doesn't really have a clue.

    1. Hypothetical question: If JGT wanted to put Cal on the ballot, would he choose to run?

My favorite CC anecdote: A young woman sitting next to Coolidge at a dinner party confided to him she had bet she could get at least three words of conversation from him. Without looking at her he quietly retorted, “You lose.”

      1. Yeah, they called him “Silent Cal.” He was a man of few words, who didn't believe in speaking unless he had something important to say, much like the present similarly taciturn occupant of the Oval Office, who also seldom has anything to say.
