Seems overly tame. In 1800 Jefferson refered to Adams as a “hideous hermaphroditical character which has neither the force and firmness of a man, nor the gentleness and sensibility of a woman.”
Yeah, I was going to do a few and build them up in intensity.

Well, I think it’s a brilliant parody. First of all, George ran unopposed for both terms, so Johnny nominated himself to run against him. Secondly, it was considered ungentlemanly to desire to be nominated, one had to be urged to the task, doubling the irony of this attack.
